You can't just blame his exit from Sunderland on the player being 'badly advised' by his agent - players have to take a bit of responsibility themselves. I know Steve Bruce has come out and questioned Gyan's ambition as I presume he would have been reasonably well paid at Sunderland.
But to leave the Premier League - one of the most watched and entertaining leagues in the world - to head to the UAE for what is obviously just more money, then you have to question the player's judgement. You cannot just blame agents all the time. Gyan makes the final decision and could easily have decided to stay at Sunderland.
